Rusomir Arsic
For a Brighter and Better Tomorrow
Through conversation and poetry, poet Rusomir Arsic will introduce the youngest audience members to the importance of cultivating kindness and friendship, regardless of the career paths they may choose in the future. One thematic section will focus on the issue of declining birth rates. In an accessible and engaging way, children will be introduced to the importance of family, togetherness, and the joy of sharing happiness with brothers and sisters. The programme will also include a group reading of the poet’s well-known verses, which have been included in anthologies and official textbooks for preschool children and pupils in the lower grades of primary school. Participants will also have the opportunity to discover the musical composition The Sun Awoke the Cricket, which, as part of a reader published by Kreativni centar, won first prize at a national choir competition.
The gathering will conclude with an optimistic message and a call to help build a brighter and better tomorrow through art and mutual support.
