Tickets for performances produced by the Niš Puppet Theater and for events organized by third parties can be purchased in one of the following ways:

• Payment in cash or by credit/debit card at the theater box office.
• Through e-invoice for legal entities.

Niš Puppet Theater reserves the right to cancel a scheduled performance in justified cases. The performance may be permanently canceled, rescheduled for another date, or another performance may be organized instead of the canceled one.

In the case of a postponement or the presentation of a different performance, the visitor or buyer has the right to return or exchange purchased tickets by coming to the box office and returning the tickets within 30 days. Otherwise, the tickets will be considered used, and no exchange for another performance or refund will be possible.

The buyer will be refunded the full amount without any sales charges.

If a visitor is unable to attend the event, they can request a refund no later than 24 hours before the performance by coming to the box office and returning the purchased tickets. Otherwise, the tickets will be considered used, and no exchange for another performance or refund will be possible.
