A word of a director:
“Working on this play that tackles the ecological theme made both me and my team deal with certain questions and issues that we are aware of, and for which we feel like everything has already been lost and that there is not much that we can do about it. In the process of making this play, we started from scratch, we rolled up the sleeves and we started revising the forgotten knowledge and studying, listening to lectures and infrorming oursevles. Therefore, some information we discovered shocked us. How were we supposed to turn all of that into a play that would be educational, but not like some kind of pamphlet as if we were merely trying to offer some lectures when we, ourselves, were also lost in searhing how to help our planet. Based on the text of Natasa Ilic we engaged in an adventure, in researching, learnig, playing, seeking and creating the play that would be significant for everyone. We prepared a very interesting concept for the audience, a small world of creating the theatre that still has the power to make some impact on the relevant matters in our world. ”
The play was realised as a part of the project “Advancement of the energy efficiency of the building Puppet Theater Nis” which was financed by European Union as a part of the programme “EU Plus”.
