Heidi

Heidi, a child who instinctively belongs to nature and freedom, is torn from the world of mountains and taken to a city where rules replace feelings. Through her encounters with the inhabitants of both worlds, she tries to preserve her inner rhythm and her right to play, to silence, and to breathe. The city changes her, but it does not break her – as her simple presence slowly reveals the emptiness of the adult world. Her return to the mountains is not an escape, but a choice: a return to a place where a child can remain a child.
